We have diverse experience in both banking and estate agency services, therefore we are able to offer expert advice in getting the right interest rate and product features for you.

Joe Childes - CeMAP CeRER
Senior Mortgage Adviser - Rotherham
Joe started out in the banking industry as a cashier and was quickly given the opportunity to obtain his CeMAP mortgage qualification. Since obtaining this he quickly worked his way through the ranks and has gone on to win various recognitions for his contribution to the financial industry, in particular the British Mortgage Awards Winner in 2016 for Best General Insurance Broker. Joe maintains excellent relationships with his existing clients as well as forging new relationships with new clients.
Stephanie Seddon - DipMAP CeRER
Senior Mortgage Adviser
Stephanie began her career in the Banking Industry, where she started as a Customer Adviser, quickly progressing to Mortgage Adviser, and gaining her CeMAP qualification.
She moved up to Supervisor and Area Manager, managing a team of successful mortgage advisers across the North of England.
Stephanie continued her Education, gaining DipMAP and CeRER qualifications, enabling her to specialise in Equity Release mortgages.
She left management to return to advising and quickly gained recognition by becoming a finalist in the 2019 British Mortgage Awards for Best Broker, Complex Credit.
Stephanie continues to build strong relationships with her clients, both new and existing, providing excellent service throughout the process.
Nathan Oxendale - CeMAP
Mortgage Adviser - Cheshire
Nathan gained over 20 years customer service experience working in the travel industry.
He then took the decision to change career paths and became a Business Relationship Manager in the banking industry in 2020, later gaining his CeMap qualification.
Nathan takes pride in making and maintaining strong relationships with his clients new & old and ensures each and every client receives excellent service.

Senior Mortgage Adviser - Manchester
Richard has spent his career working within the financial industry and brings over 10 years of experience working as a Mortgage Adviser.
He started out working within the Financial Services sector before moving into branch banking as a Customer Adviser for one of the largest banks in the UK. Richard quickly progressed gaining his CeMAP qualification, together with the experience to move over to a broker.
This has allowed him to provide clients from all around the Greater Manchester area, with mortgage and protection solutions.
Richard continues to deliver excellent customer service by prioritising client needs and objectives, which helps him build long standing relationships with both new and existing clients alike.
James Rogerson
Protection Adviser
James is our Protection Specialist, offering protection solutions for our clients’ mortgages, family and Business’s. Based in Leeds James has 17 years’ experience of delivering tailored protection advice to clients from first time buyers to multi-property commercial developers.
Husband to Kathryn and two, now adult, children Grace and Joe, he has a passion for protecting families in the best way possible.
Compassionate and knowledgeable he understands our clients needs and will leave no stone unturned when creating a bespoke protection solution to match our clients’ needs.

With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, I’ve spent the past 13 years working as a dedicated Mortgage and Protection Adviser for a major high street bank.
Over the course of my career, I’ve earned a reputation for providing personalised financial guidance, helping clients navigate some of life’s most significant decisions with confidence, care, and integrity.
Outside of my professional role, I’m passionate about giving back to my community. I currently serve as Treasurer for a local charity that supports individuals living with brain injuries—an organisation close to my heart and a cause I’m proud to be part of.
